Since these waste materials are diverse and tough, the customer needed a production line capable of coarse, medium, and fine shredding to process waste into the required particle sizes for conversion into alternative fuels or reusable raw materials.

Coarse, Medium, and Fine Shredding System: Waste is processed through primary, secondary, and tertiary shredders, ensuring that the particle size meets the required standards for further processing and market needs.
Magnetic Separation System: Metal components in the waste are separated to ensure the purity of the remaining material.
Packaging and Transport System: The processed waste is packaged for easy storage and transportation. High-calorific value waste is converted into RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel) / SRF (Solid Recovered Fuel) for use by other industries.
RDF Pelletizing System: High-calorific waste is further converted into pelletized fuel, enhancing resource utilization.
Dust Collection System: Efficiently collects dust generated during the shredding process, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
