HC-Industry’s double shaft shredder efficiently converts pallets, furniture, offcuts, and construction debris into uniform chips for biomass fuel, composting, particleboard, or recycling.
Built for high throughput and reliable operation, it delivers robust shredding, precise sizing, and efficient separation to maximize material recovery while minimizing handling costs.
1. Manual Pre-Sorting
Remove oversized debris and non-wood contaminants before shredding.
2. Primary Shredding
Reduce wood waste into coarse chips using a Twin-Shaft Shredder, or a Quad-Shaft Shredder for bulky or contaminated loads.
3. Secondary Size Reduction
Achieve finer chip sizes with a Powerful Crusher or Hammer Mill.
4. Screening & Sizing
Separate chips by size using Hexagonal Drum or Rectangular Vibrating Screens.
5. Metal Removal
Recover ferrous metals with a Magnetic Separator and non-ferrous metals with an Eddy Current Separator.
6. Air & Density Separation
Remove light contaminants and dust with an Air-Blow Separator, or refine by density using a Gravity Separator.
7. Final Collection
Collect processed wood chips for fuel, recycling, or further manufacturing.
