HC-Industry’s waste radiator recycling line adopts a modular and fully enclosed layout. The line includes a chain conveyor, dual shaft shredder, hammer mill, magnetic separator, air separator, and pulse dust collection system. All units are enclosed and equipped with dust extraction, ensuring a clean, low-pollution recycling process.
Discarded radiators are first fed into the dual shaft shredder and cut into uniform pieces. The material then passes through a magnetic separator to remove iron, followed by an air separator that separates copper and aluminum for reuse. The system delivers excellent recovery performance, with iron recovery over 99%, copper recovery over 99%, and aluminum recovery over 98%.
