HC-Industry’s tire recycling machine efficiently converts waste tires into rubber granules, powder, steel wire, and textile fibers. Built for durability and high performance, it combines powerful shredding with precise separation to maximize material recovery and reduce operational costs. The system can operate as a stand-alone unit or as part of a complete industrial recycling line.
1. Pre-Sorting & Cleaning
Remove debris, rims, and contaminants before shredding.
2. Primary Shredding
Feed whole tires into a Twin-Shaft Shredder to produce rough tire chips.
3. Secondary Shredding / Rasping
Further reduce chips and loosen steel wires from rubber.
4. Steel Wire Separation
Extract steel with a Steel Wire Separator.
5. Rubber Granulation
Process rubber through a Granulator or Powerful Crusher to produce uniform granules or powder.
6. Fiber Separation
Remove textile fibers with an Air Separator.
7. Dust Collection
Capture fine dust using a Dust Collector for a safe, clean operation.
8. Final Product Collection
Collect rubber granules, steel scrap, and fibers for resale or reuse.
